About the venue:
Our venue in the Netherlands is a dedicated residential retreat center surrounded by forest, meadows and nature.
The property has been developed specifically for multi-day retreats, trainings, workshops and transformational group work. It offers multiple event and breakout spaces, including our large Temple, a separate meditation room and a beautiful 10-meter geodesic Dome situated in nature.
The main retreat accommodation provides around 50 beds, with 20 ensuite bathrooms. Additional accommodation can be created through modular Tiny Homes on the land, adding approximately 7–14 beds depending on the chosen room configuration.
This gives us flexibility for different group sizes and accommodation preferences, with our ideal group size being approximately 25–64 participants.
We have a long history as a place for personal development, retreats and conscious community and today welcomes facilitators, teachers and organizations from across Europe and internationally.
Surrounding Area
Walking trails lead directly from the property into the surrounding forest, making nature an integral part of the retreat experience. The area is quiet, spacious and rural, with very little disturbance from traffic or urban life.
Our area is known for its forests, lakes, waterways and open landscapes. The surrounding region offers walking, cycling, swimming, boating and other nature-based activities. Lakes and several beautiful nature areas are within easy reach.
Despite the secluded feeling, we are accessible by road and public transport and is approximately 1.5–2 hours from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.

Services: W can can provide or coordinate most of the practical services required to create a complete residential retreat.
We work with trusted local and regional service providers and can help organisers arrange professional catering, massage and bodywork, additional wellness services, transport, local activities, technical equipment and event production.
For larger or more elaborate events, we can also help coordinate festival-style infrastructure such as additional tents, outdoor spaces, equipment and production support.
Our approach is flexible: experienced retreat organizers can manage much of their program independently, while groups requiring more support can work with us and our network of partners to build the infrastructure and services they need.
Full Board: Full board is available and is normally organized through our trusted professional catering partners.
Our standard full-board package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, tea and refreshments throughout the day. We specialize in healthy retreat-oriented food and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and many dietary requirements. Other menu styles can be discussed depending on the group.
As catering is outsourced, pricing depends on the menu, group size and specific requirements. As a general indication, full board is typically around €60–€65 per person per day, excluding VAT.
We are also happy to discuss customised catering arrangements for individual retreats.

What makes us particularly suitable for retreat organizers is that the property is dedicated to residential group work rather than operating as a conventional hotel.
Groups can create their own temporary home here, with accommodation, workshop spaces, food, nature and leisure facilities all together on one property.
Our strongest fit is with established facilitators and organizations bringing approximately 25–64 participants for multi-day retreats of around 5–8 days. We particularly value recurring partnerships and many of our clients return with their communities year after year.
We understand the practical and sometimes unusual requirements of transformational retreats and intensive group processes, and our team is accustomed to working closely with facilitators to help create the conditions their work requires. Exclusive use of the retreat facilities can be arranged, allowing groups privacy and freedom to create their own atmosphere and rhythm during their stay.
