We have venue partners all over the globe. So with years of experience, networks and relationships with fantastic properties we are in a prime position to offer a wide range of locations until we focus on the best options for our client.
Understanding the important needs of Neurolabs after some communication, emails and consulting calls we had a really good sense of what would be perfect for bringing their team together in a unique setting.
After sending some great options around Europe which was their preffered location, our team then narrowed down to one of our fantastic properties in Portugal.
Needless to say, Adrianna and her team fell in love with the venue and made a booking confirming the dates of their offsite.

Not only is it a wonderful location in Europe that impeccably blended work and leisure, but the venue has top-notch accommodation, exclusive property grounds, dedicated meeting areas, and exhilarating local activities. With a luxurious pool and the exceptional full-board services from their staff. Our team felt valued and rejuvenated, and this offsite truly set the bar high for our future retreats. We couldn’t have asked for more.
We followed up with Adrianna and her team as we do with all of our clients post retreat. They were very happy with how the retreat went and said not only the property was beautiful but the service and oweners were so helpful and kind during their stay making sure everything was taken care of.

The Challenges
Mita, contacted myself and the Venue Retreat team at 2am on September 15th 2023 through our Whatsapp chap feature on our website (look bottom left). She booked a venue for her retreat a year ago and found out that the venue had double booked. (Not booked through us or with one of our venue partners). So with less than a week away from her clients flying into Malaga International Airport, Mita did not have a retreat venue for accomodation, facilities, full board, airport transfers. Nothing!
We told Mita not to worry and that we will do all we can to find her some amazing venue proposals in less than 12 hours (remember it was 2am!). By 8am we had 2 fantastic options to choose from and by 12 we have 6 other potentials on hold just in case.
Mita fell in love with one of our venue partners which has a yoga studio, outdoor yoga decking, surrounded by nature with pool and not only that…The owner and team are so nice and professional offering mouth watering vegan full board options Mita knew she found her perfect retreat venue.
By 6pm after reviewing the proposal, having a chat with myself and Helen the owner of the property Mita has confirmed the booking and could finally tell her clients they had a home for their upcoming retreat.
What a pleasure it was to be able to assist Mita in a very stressful situation. She is such an amazing person and was so nice and calm considering the circumstances.
She will be using our services for her upcoming retreats no doubt!

The Challenges
Sarah booked a call with me to explore opportunities of hosting her first retreat for her clients. She had never done anything like this before and wanted guidance in how to make it possible from logisitcs, budget, venue sourcing and all of what would be needed to make this a great success from full board, activities, airport transfers, on and offsite activities and of course finding the right location and venue.
The venue had to be within her budget, intimate, close to a body of water and surrounded by nature. Something with a great finish and interior but not too modern or flashy. It had to be the right place for her and hte gorup to be able to conduct wellness workshops and connecting with each other as well as themselves.
After giving her some options to get a feel of what she liked we then connected with our venue partners and gave her 10 unique proposals from all diffeent types of venues that ticked all the boxed but added their own unique flair. Sarah fell in love when many of them but 2 speicifically stood out. One in Italy and one in Portugal.
She ended up choosing a beautiful villa and retreat venue in Portugal. Sarah is now working with us to book her next venue in October 2024 and potentailly 4 retreats in 2025. We are thrilled to have helped her and will continue this great partnership in the future.
