Silvestre is a boutique retreat property in the heart of Nosara, Costa Rica, designed for intimate group experiences that value privacy, comfort, and connection. Located just steps from Playa Guiones, one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica, the property offers the closest possible access to the beach while being surrounded by protected jungle within the Ostional Wildlife Refuge.

The hotel features nine private residences, including eight two-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom penthouse, creating an ideal setting for private retreats, executive gatherings, wellness programs, and full property buyouts. Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and thoughtful design that combines the freedom of a private home with the service and amenities of a luxury hotel.

Shared spaces across the property are designed to support both productivity and relaxation. Our rooftop bar and lounge serves complimentary breakfast daily and transforms into a beautiful setting for private dinners, welcome receptions, and sunset gatherings. The fully air-conditioned studio gym can be converted into a private meeting space for up to 20 guests with projector setup and directors’ chairs, while additional coworking and meeting areas are available throughout the rooftop and common spaces.

Additional private dining experiences, rooftop events, and customized retreat programming can all be arranged on-site. Guests can enjoy in-house massages, acupuncture, IV therapy, sound baths, and other wellness-focused experiences arranged directly at the property, creating space for restoration without leaving the retreat environment. Private yoga sessions, breathwork, and additional wellness programming can also be incorporated based on each group’s needs.

Beyond the property, we can coordinate a variety of local experiences including surfing lessons, horseback riding, nearby island and boat tours, ATV adventures, and other nature-based excursions that allow guests to experience the best of Nosara and the surrounding coastline. Our complimentary on-site surfboard collection gives guests easy access to one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica, just steps from Playa Guiones.
