This is a 400-hectare private estate in Portugal, one of Europe's most quietly remarkable landscapes, rolling plains, and unhurried pace of life.
The estate has deep roots in the region.
The property sleeps up to 26 guests across five accommodations (6 bedrooms, sleeps 12), (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6), (1 bedroom, sleeps 2), The Studio (1 bedroom, sleeps 2), (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) all reserved exclusively for your group when booking the entire estate. Shared facilities include a large private pool, padel court, pickleball court, gym, golf practice area, lake for canoeing and paddleboarding, walking and cycling trails across the full 400 hectares, a covered outdoor lounge terrace, yoga and workout deck, and a private chapel.
Our venue is available for exclusive hire designed for groups who want complete privacy, space to disconnect, and a setting that asks nothing of them except to arrive. Whether for wellness retreats, corporate offsites, group weekends or family gatherings, the estate provides a rare combination of natural beauty, space and stillness.

The estate itself sits within 400 hectares of private land, bordered by cork oak forests, olive groves and open plains. A private lake is located on the estate grounds.

Two private swimming pools are available to guests the main pool sits beside the central outdoor terrace, overlooking the Alentejo landscape, and a second private pool is located within Casa 1, reserved for its guests.
Casa 2 also features a private jacuzzi.
A private padel court sits at the edge of the estate with views across the valley that make it genuinely difficult to concentrate on the game. A covered pickleball court, an open-air yoga and workout deck, and a covered outdoor lounge terrace complete the active and social spaces.
The private lake is available for canoeing and paddleboarding, with equipment provided. Walking trails wind across all 400 hectares of private grounds, and two bikes are available for guests who want to explore further.
All accommodations are fully air conditioned throughout.
The estate is also home to a small community of animals, horses, donkeys, sheep, cows and two border collies who consider themselves the official welcoming committee. Guests often find themselves surprisingly attached by the end of their stay, they are, without exception, very cuddly.
A private chapel sits at the edge of the grounds, overlooking the valley available for quiet reflection, ceremonies or simply one of the most peaceful spots on the estate.

The venue is designed to be as self-sufficient or as curated as each group requires.
Included with every stay is a daily housekeeping service, with all bed linens, towels, pool towels and bathroom essentials provided and refreshed regularly throughout the stay.
Beyond that, we work closely with a trusted network of local professionals and partners to arrange almost anything a group might need, from private chefs and in-estate catering, to massage therapists, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators and other wellness practitioners who come directly to the estate.
Through our local partnerships we can also help guests organise vineyard visits and wine tastings at some of the Alentejo's finest estates, restaurant reservations, day trips to Évora, Comporta and the surrounding villages, and bespoke itineraries tailored to the group.
All additional services are arranged on request and quoted separately. We are happy to help plan as much or as little as the group desires, some arrive with a full programme in mind, others simply want to be left to the land.

Our venue does not include full or half board as standard.
For groups who prefer a fully catered experience, we are happy to arrange a private chef or catering service on request through our network of local professionals. Meals can be prepared on-site, from intimate dinners to full group dining experiences, and are quoted separately depending on group size, duration and menu preferences.
Pre-arrival grocery shopping can also be arranged on request, simply share your essentials at least 48 hours before arrival and we will take care of the rest.
All catering and food-related services are additional to the accommodation rate and arranged directly with our local partners.

The padel court has views across the Alentejo valley that are, by any measure, unreasonable for a padel court.
The storks return to nest on the estate chimney every year. They have done so for as long as anyone can remember. Guests find this either deeply charming or mildly competitive — either way it tends to come up at dinner.
It is a family estate, now in its third generation. It is family run with a small, hands-on team who take genuine pride in the place and in the experience of every group that stays here. Every enquiry is handled personally, there is no call centre, no automated response, no middleman. Just people who know this land well and want to share it properly.
We would love to welcome retreat organisers and their groups to our home and are happy to arrange site visits for any organiser who would like to experience the estate before committing.
