About the venue:
Our venue is a small, non-hotel retreat house located in the historic center, UNESCO World Heritage city in Tenerife. The property is a restored Canarian house, combining original architectural elements with a contemporary and functional design.
The venue is designed to host small groups in a quiet and contained environment. It can be fully privatised and accommodates up to 16 people, with all bedrooms in single occupancy and en-suite. The layout encourages both privacy and shared time, making it suitable for focused group stays rather than transient accommodation.
At the center of the house, a traditional patio connects the different spaces and sets the rhythm of daily life. The overall atmosphere is calm, discreet and human-scale, supporting concentration, meaningful exchanges and a respectful use of shared spaces.

Surrounding Area
The surroundings are urban, calm and human-scale, with everything accessible on foot: cafés, restaurants, local shops, cultural venues and historical landmarks.
The venue is well connected to the rest of the island, making it easy to combine focused retreat time with outdoor activities. The Atlantic coast is approximately 15 minutes by car, offering natural swimming pools and coastal walks. Mountain landscapes and hiking areas in the Anaga Rural Park are reachable in 20–30 minutes, providing a strong contrast between city and nature within a short distance.
The location allows groups to stay grounded in a real city environment while remaining close to nature. This balance is particularly appreciated by teams who want to alternate between work sessions, cultural exploration and outdoor experiences, without long transfers or a resort setting.
The area supports a slower, intentional rhythm, suitable for retreats and offsites that value walkability, simplicity and meaningful connections with the local environment.
